World’s most secretive, elite conference details remain unknown
Even those who know about the Bilderberg Group are unaware of what happens behind its annual conference’s closed doors.
The association, which is made up of the world’s most powerful figures, convened in Washington, D.C. over the weekend for its 68th annual meeting. Attendees included Pfizer CEO and Chairman Albert Bourla, GlaxoSmithKline CEO Emma Walmsley, CIA Director William Burns, billionaire Peter Thiel, National Security Director Jake Sullivan and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg among many others, including transatlantic prime ministers and heads of state. Past attendees include World Economic Forum Executive Chairman Klaus Schwab, who served on the Bilderberg Group's steering committee.
As in past years, it is unknown exactly what was discussed or decided during the four-day summit, this year held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. No photos, recordings, footage, documents or minutes were released, if taken at all. There have been no detailed reports, despite members of the media being in attendance, including The Economist Editor-in-Chief Zanny Minton Beddoes, The Atlantic Staff Writer Anne Applebaum, and Denmark’s Weekendavisen Editor-in-Chief Martin Krasnik.
“Thanks to the private nature of the Meeting, the participants take part as individuals rather than in any official capacity, and hence are not bound by the conventions of their office or by pre-agreed positions,” says the Bilderberg Group on its sparse website. “As such, they can take time to listen, reflect and gather insights. There is no detailed agenda, no resolutions are proposed, no votes are taken and no policy statements are issued.”
The first meeting took place in 1954 at the Bilderberg Hotel in the Netherlands at the behest of the country’s Prince Bernhard. It has remained a tight-lipped affair ever since. As noted by political commentator Mark Dice, politicians refrain from mentioning the Bilderberg Group, with the exception of former Representative Ron Paul (R-TX).
The group is credited as being responsible for the creation of the European Union, after leaked documents from the group’s 1955 meeting show a push for an economic union of Europe, which was then ratified two years later with the European Economic Community Treaty.
Political commentator Alex Jones, dismissed by mainstream media as a conspiracy theorist, predicted an agenda by the Bilderberg Group in a 2009 video featuring former politician Jesse Ventura.
“There’s an entire agenda afoot to force the population to undergo different types of medical treatments, namely vaccines,” Jones says to politician Jesse Ventura in the clip.
“We’re seeing a medical tyranny being set up, not just in the United States, but worldwide under the UN and the World Health Organization.”
“Who’s behind all this?” asks Ventura.
“The Bilderberg group,” Jones responds.
“They want a planetary dictatorship so they can carry out their forced depopulation agenda and they want to do it through the medical system,” Jones explains.
“And that’s why vaccines are so important. We know that many of these vaccines turn out to have serious adverse reactions and that this is being done by design. They kill you slowly over time, that’s why they’re called ‘soft-kill'.”
Due to independent public pressure, the group now offers kernels of general information to the public, and corporate media outlets cover the meetings perfunctorily without any investigative reporting.
