Dr. Daniel Stock this week addressed the Mt. Vernon, Indiana School Board on mask mandates and COVID-19 protocols in most schools.The Hancock County, Indiana Patriots Blog reported that as a result of Dr. Stock's presentation, the school board tabled their plans and will "contemplate" Dr. Stock's remarks and deliver a decision by August 16th.
