World Economic Forum warns of cyber pandemic within two years

The World Economic Forum (WEF) is warning of a crippling worldwide cyber pandemic within the next two years, the latest prediction by globalist world leaders of an impending cyber-induced Armageddon.

The WEF first launched its prediction in a video published in January 2021.

“A cyberattack with COVID-like characteristics would spread faster and further than any biological virus,” said the organization. It added that “the only way to stop the exponential propagation of a COVID-like cyber threat is to fully disconnect the millions of vulnerable devices from one another and from the Internet. All of this in a matter of days.”

The WEF followed up on its prediction in July 2021 when it held an exercise simulating a global “cyber pandemic,” beginning with a digital virus that shuts down a corporation’s supply chain and eventually topples the power grid and internet.

The last time the WEF conducted such an exercise was in October 2019, when it simulated a pandemic in which a respiratory coronavirus would infect global populations.

During this month’s WEF summit in Davos, Switzerland, leaders again warned of a coming cyberattack though they clarified it will come within the next two years as a result of the Russia-Ukraine war.

“The most striking finding that we’ve found is that 93 percent of cyber leaders, and 86 percent of cyber business leaders, believe that the geopolitical instability makes a catastrophic cyber event likely in the next two years,” WEF Managing Director Jeremy Jurgens said during a press conference highlighting the WEF Global Security Outlook Report 2023. “This far exceeds anything that we’ve see in previous surveys.”

Jurgens added that a recent cyberattack aimed at Ukraine also shut down electricity production in some parts of Europe.

“This is a global threat,” Interpol Secretary-General Jürgen Stock added. “It calls for a global response and enhanced and coordinated action.”

Albania Prime Minister Edi Rama said it would be an “apocalypse”:

Let’s imagine an exponential multitude of viruses that mutate everyday exponentially while not threatening our body, but the bodies we live in, our organizations, our countries, our system, then, you know, it could be just apocalypse. It’s about viruses that can not only block our way of living, but can control it and deviate it.

The statements echoed one from Joe Biden last year in which he warned that a massive cyberattack from Russia is “coming”.

“The more Putin’s back is against the wall, the greater the severity of the tactics he may employ…one of the tools he’s most likely to use in my view, in our view, is cyberattacks,” Biden said. “The magnitude of Russia’s cyber capacity is fairly consequential and it’s coming.”

That same day, Biden called on corporations to unite under a new world order.

“We’re going, there’s going to be a new world order out there and we’ve got to lead it and we’ve got to unite the rest of the free world in doing it,” he said.
