Whistleblower pledges proceeds from Pfizer lawsuit to vaccine injured
Ventavia whistleblower Brook Jackson has publicly pledged to donate any damages she is awarded from her lawsuit against Pfizer to those injured by the COVID vaccine. She followed up with a tweet calling on the US government to do the same.
“To the vaccine injured: I am pledging any successful recovery from the lawsuit against Pfizer go directly to a fund in your honor,” wrote Jackson.
As reported by Frontline News last month, Jackson worked as the regional director at Ventavia and was fired in 2020 for sounding the alarm on Pfizer’s COVID-19 mRNA clinical trials.
Pfizer had contracted with Ventavia to oversee the crucial Phase III clinical trials that needed to be passed for the vaccine to be granted emergency use authorization by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Ventavia assigned Jackson to oversee two of the three clinical trial sites.
But the clinical researcher says she was shocked by what she saw.
“Although my time with this company was brief, the misconduct that I witnessed was so blatant and so widespread that I documented numerous violations of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Code of Federal Regulations every, single day,” wrote Jackson.
Since she began a lawsuit against Pfizer and Ventavia in February, Jackson has been openly challenging the corporations.
“Yoohoo, Ventavia!” she tweeted in March. “I will expose every, single one of your secrets. You're going to love the documents section.”
Jackson subsequently revealed that Ventavia has since tried to settle with her.
“Pfizer, Ventavia & ICON have all been served!” Jackson wrote on April 1st. “Response to the complaint due Apr 6th. Here come the motions to dismiss! Btw, Ventavia wants to settle w/me, but only if they can be removed as defendants & I agree to a gag order. I agree that they can kiss my ass! Criminals!”
Today, the whistleblower publicized that Pfizer asked for an additional 30 days to respond to her motion.
“Pfizer lawsuit update #1,” she said in a tweet. “They need an additional 30 days to respond. I'm warning you now, like I did when I was told to keep my mouth shut while the case was sealed, I won't do that for long. Show us your motions to dismiss, so I can show you what's next!”
