This week in #DiedSuddenly (Vol. 11)

Reports of healthy, young people dying unexpectedly continue to pour in daily, a phenomenon the media and their doctors are dismissing as Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS).

Out of the many cases sent to Frontline News this week, we have chosen a small handful to include in this report to help shine a spotlight on these ‘unexplained’ deaths.

William Pfeiffer, 14

"William Pfeiffer, from Queenstown, Adelaide, spent his final hours at his grandparents’ house last Sunday, when he fell asleep and didn’t wake up.

"His devastated parents, Karen Lynch and Mike Shaw, said William was a 'happy and healthy' boy with a heart of gold.

"They are awaiting autopsy results to learn more about what happened to their son.

"They say William had no prior medical history that could explain the shocking event, and did not exhibit any concerning symptoms the night he died." — Lifestyle

"Tragically, Jon, who made his living as a car transporter, was tragically found dead in his cab on July 11, 2023 following a heart attack. Having had no previous health issues, the news came as a massive shock to his friends and family." — Grimsby Live
