MSNBC producer admits network is ‘indistinguishable from the Party’
MSNBC serves as a mouthpiece for the Democratic Party and the Kamala Harris campaign, one of the network’s producers admitted last week on hidden camera.
Basel Hamdan, a writer and news producer for MSNBC’s “Ayman Mohyeldin Reports,” made the comments on hidden camera to an undercover operative who connected with him on a dating app. The footage was posted to social media Friday by OMG CEO James O’Keefe.
“What have they done to help the Harris campaign?” the reporter asked Hamdan.
“Amplify her message. What her message of the day, is their message of the day,” he replied. “It hammers home the point that I’m making, that this news network is indistinguishable from the [Democratic] Party,” Hamdan added, explaining how the show’s guests are usually Democratic Party or campaign operatives.
“[Is MSNBC] just the Democratic Party’s mouthpiece?” the woman asked.
“Exactly,” replied Hamdan, who said the network’s personnel are “doing all they can” to ensure Harris is elected.
MSNBC anchors are so “cozy with Democratic politicians,” he explained, that the two groups are “just in total agreement about everything” and often finish each other’s sentences.
Hamdan also appears to take a dim view of MSNBC viewers, who he said are brainwashed and have become “dumber over the years” due to the network’s heavy propaganda.
“From Trump on, they really narrowed their audience’s mind to the point where even when guests go on their show to criticize Democrats, people get mad at the guests,” he said.
“Viewers get mad at the guests or the hosts if the hosts were to criticize Democrats,” Hamdan added.
MSNBC viewers are racist, polls show
In addition to being highly indoctrinated, previous surveys have found that MSNBC viewers also tend to be racist.
A 2022 poll from WPA Intelligence, for example, found that 57% of MSNBC viewers and 54% of CNN viewers believe it is the spread of “disinformation” that is causing Hispanics to increasingly lean Republican, not their own culture, values and thought processes.
Another 20% of CNN viewers and 16% of MSNBC viewers said that “internalized racism” and a “desire to fit into white society" explained the political shift among Hispanics.
The survey also shows that these very mainstream media viewers are avid consumers of disinformation themselves.
Thirty-eight percent of CNN viewers said they still believed it is “somewhat or mostly true” that President Trump conspired with the Kremlin to steal the 2016 election, and 45% of MSNBC viewers said they thought Trump “benefited” from a stolen election.
Furthermore, 63% of MSNBC viewers, 64% of CNN viewers, and two-thirds of Democrat voters said they believe it is “somewhat or mostly true” that Florida banned the word “gay” in schools. The Florida bill, which forbids K-3 teachers from discussing sexual orientation in the classroom, does not contain the word “gay.”
Another 38% of CNN viewers and 30% of MSNBC viewers said they believe university professors in Florida are required by the government to register their party affiliation, a false claim initiated by Salon and propagated by horror novelist Stephen King.
