Joey Gilbert ‘had nothing to do with anti-mask rallies;’ pushed masks
Attorney Joey Gilbert, already accused of political grifting for campaigning as a conservative after funding socialists, hosting Democrat fundraisers and tipping off illegal immigrants about ICE raids, favored face coverings before claiming to be an anti-mask activist.
Masks for employees
Without mentioning that some scientists found mask wearing to be harmful to one’s health, Gilbert tweeted a picture of his employee donning a mask that reaches just below his eyes. Gilbert captioned the photo with a statement that he is keeping his office “safe and sterile,” providing “sterilized face masks for clients” and conducting client meetings over the internet “as much as possible.”
At Joey Gilbert Law we are keeping a safe and sterile working environment while meeting with clients virtually as much as possible. We have disposable sterilized face masks for clients in our reception area and are disinfecting our common areas after each use. pic.twitter.com/xT9lPEmcZ3

Masks for all
An exposé on Gilbert in Network in Vegas revealed that, for Gilbert, masks weren’t just a good idea; he worked to make them mandatory, both in his own office and other workplaces.
Joey Gilbert actually helped elect the Clark County commissioner who helped instate the mask and vaccine mandates that he pretends to be against – oh wait, you didn’t know he forced his own employees to wear masks?
Against masks?
How then did Gilbert get to be known for anti-mask rallies? According to Network in Vegas, which covered Gilbert’s actions in colorful language, he simply jumped on the bandwagon of an increasingly popular resistance movement that was already organized by others.
But what about the Anti-Mask Rallies?
We were at the rallies, we covered the protests – Gilbert HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE RALLIES. The guy showed up in 110-degree heat, dressed in a full suit like a moron, and walked towards the back pretending he had something to do with it so he could post pictures on Instagram and claim he organized it.
He then began showing up with a megaphone, started walking in the middle of the crowds, pretending he was the organizer – HE WAS NOT! The guy is a grifter playing a part. He is a democrat plant. The same city-slicker who wore the heavy blue suit in 110-degree Vegas heat, now shows up to rural gun shows in freshly purchased cowboy boots, the big belt buckle, and the new costume that he believes will convince the rural folk to vote for him in the primaries. This is how dumb they think you are! …
Anti-mask lawyer?
The exposé of Gilbert goes on to accuse him of disingenuously claiming to have led the legal fight against mask mandates.
But what about the court cases he says he won against the mask mandates?
Another Lie! Gilbert litigated nothing. He filed a court case with [fellow attorney] Sigal Chattah. He did not plead these cases. They lost, and now the parents are on the hook for legal fees.
