Free markets opening up for unvaccinated employment

With so many employers mandating employees take COVID vaccines, many employees are looking for new jobs instead of capitulating to their employer’s or government-mandated vaccination policies.

This left a sort of void within the job postings market that was not being filled by the traditional players. This need has sprouted several new startup services that cater to helping those who want to keep their vaccination status private, with employers who respect and promote those values. 

Michael Seifert, CEO, and Founder developed and launched a new app called Public Sq. It is an app that originally was focused on connecting like-minded customers with local like-minded businesses in San Diago. It recently expanded state-wide across California and the vaccination mandates for employees have led them to open an employment section of the freedom-conscious community.  

“We still believe in a bright future for California, but we’ll only achieve that bright future if we say a resounding ‘NO’ to oppressive mandates, government coercion, and cancel culture, and say ‘YES’ to liberty, free speech, and an economy that allows for everyone to participate, regardless of their personal medical choices,” 

With over 320 businesses listed just in San Diego, the demand to work and do business with companies that respect individual and medical freedom is growing. The new app has been downloaded over 10000 times. On the top of their webpage, the company proudly states that it is “Connecting freedom-loving Americans with the local community, reliable information, and the businesses that share their values.” 

A non-profit based in Texas has similarly taken up the cause of connecting employers and job seekers with novaxmandate.org. The site declares “We believe that no right is more sacred than the right of every individual to the control of their own person, free from all restraint or interference of others. This job board is for open positions at companies who align with our values.” 

Andrew Crapuchettes founded Red Balloon, a company that seeks to "connect employers who value freedom with employees who value it too." In several interviews, Andrew reiterated the company’s purpose and vision for workplaces, to “stop canceling each other, and let’s get to work.” With job posting across the country, Red Ballon is tapping into the market where the unvaccinated can find work with employers who are looking to hire. 

The phenomenon hasn’t stopped at the Northern border, in Canada, several job boards have popped up to help the unvaccinated find new jobs. Jabless Jobs, started by Jobseeker George Douklias, and his team are matching the unvaccinated with like-minded employees and vice versa. Not just a Job board, Jabless Jobs is also and a recruiting agency, and specifically offers an anonymous option for employers who are open to hiring the unvaccinated but still want to remain private. With numerous postings across Canada, the site gets around 2000 hits per hour. Douklias in an interview about the medical freedom movement said that he is trying to “fight communism with capitalism” by opening the labor market to the unvaccinated. He also shared advice for others who have projects they want to start to help the movement, “Don’t try to do everything, stick to one lane and do it well”.
