'COVID skeptics won out' — Globalists fear an increasingly disbelieving public

Globalists know the people are right

Despite the efforts of officials at the World Health Assembly (WHA) to push through the International Health Regulations (IHR) and pandemic treaty, under the auspices of the World Health Organization (WHO) and its director general, Tedros Ghebreyesus, there is significant pushback from the world's citizens voicing their opposition to what they say is a tyrannical power grab.

The vaccine pushback started well before COVID and the public officials had already been monitoring the resistance to public health policy, as was evident from the talks given at the WHO Global Vaccine Safety Summit, held in Geneva at the beginning of December 2019.

Top scientists agree with the people

The WHO Global Vaccine Safety Summit was attended by the world's top scientists and doctors, who made some startling revelations about vaccine safety, confirming what people questioning vaccine safety had been saying all along.

Prof. Heidi Larson of The Vaccine Confidence Project was one of the presenters at the Summit. She explained that vaccine safety science needs new investment, medical professionals are questioning vaccines and confirmed that much of the criticism aimed at vaccines is not misinformation.

Larson also revealed that more people were questioning vaccines than accepting them and people undecided about vaccine safety were more likely to take the negative position at a rate 500% greater than those who switched to a positive position. Below is a screenshot of her presentation showing, as of November 8, 2019, that the undecided (green) are being recruited to the negative position (red) faster than to the positive (blue) position:

Each of these blobs are communities . . . So the green dots are undecided neutral communities, people interested in vaccines but asking questions. The red are the clearly questioning anti-communities and the blue are the positive. Already you can see the blue is the tighter group and the red more out there . . . . Now if you look at the numbers, over a period of time, literally a couple of months, what is the recruiting pace of the blue positive versus the red in them converting the undecided to their camp or the other. the it was a 500% faster recruitment by the negative then the positive vaccine community. That's fast and this is not hypothetical.

Pandemic countermeasures pre-planned!?

On October 18, 2019, two months before the WHO Global Vaccine Safety Summit, a disturbing three-and-a-half-hour “tabletop exercise” titled Event 201, was held in New York City. Organized by the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, it simulated a coronavirus pandemic originating in pigs in Mexico and the measures which would be needed to counter it.

The exercise illustrated areas where public/private partnerships will be necessary during the response to a severe pandemic in order to diminish large-scale economic and societal consequences.

Event 201 was a 3.5-hour pandemic tabletop exercise that simulated a series of dramatic, scenario-based facilitated discussions, confronting difficult, true-to-life dilemmas associated with response to a hypothetical, but scientifically plausible, pandemic. 15 global business, government, and public health leaders were players in the simulation exercise that highlighted unresolved real-world policy and economic issues that could be solved with sufficient political will, financial investment, and attention now and in the future.

The countermeasures discussed by the participants included, among other things, vaccines, economic and social restrictions, and controlling the narrative.

Censorship

Matthew Harrington, Global CEO of Edelman, a global communications firm, was one of the participants who spoke about controlling social media:

We are at a moment where the social media platforms have to step forward and recognize the moment to assert that they are a technology platform and not a broadcaster is over. They in fact have to be a participant in broadcasting accurate information and partnering with the scientific and health communities to counterweight, if not flood the zone, of accurate information because to try to put the genie back in the bottle of the misinformation and disinformation is nigh impossible.

In addition to that segment on managing social media, a portion of Event 201 was specifically concerned with communication and ensuring that “trusted authorities” are recognized as the only “disseminators of truth:”

Event 201 resulted in the issuance of jointly proposed recommendations by the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, the World Economic Forum, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.  Recommendation 7 was aimed at shutting out the opposition:

Governments and the private sector should assign a greater priority to developing methods to combat mis- and disinformation prior to the next pandemic response.

Governments will need to partner with traditional and social media companies to research and develop nimble approaches to countering misinformation. This will require developing the ability to flood media with fast, accurate, and consistent information. Public health authorities should work with private employers and trusted community leaders . . .

Catastrophic Contagion — a pandemic treaty warning?

COVID-19, which was seemingly foretold by Event 201, was mostly dangerous for the elderly. Catastrophic Contagion, their subsequent tabletop exercise, held in Brussels, Belgium, on October 23, 2022, depicted an enterovirus pandemic scheduled for said to take place in 2025 that disproportionately affects children:

The exercise simulated a series of WHO emergency health advisory board meetings addressing a fictional pandemic set in the near future. Participants grappled with how to respond to an epidemic located in one part of the world that then spread rapidly, becoming a pandemic with a higher fatality rate than COVID-19 and disproportionately affecting children and young people.

Participants were challenged to make urgent policy decisions with limited information in the face of uncertainty. Each problem and choice had serious health, economic, and social ramifications.

Is Catastrophic Contagion a veiled warning to countries regarding their acceptance of the IHR amendments and pandemic treaty introduced a couple of months later, requiring the 194 member countries' constant vigilance and pandemic preparedness?

Journalist Jeanne Meserve is the anchorwoman during the “exercise.” After recounting the disastrous effects of the predicted illness and the huge numbers of cases and deaths, including of children, she delivers the ominous warning about countries that were not “properly prepared,” stating that the countries that fared the best were those that had full-time pandemic preparedness and response teams [just like the IHR and pandemic treaty demand]. If only more had followed their rules, she stated, many people might have been saved:

The most successful countries are those which invested in preparedness and trained for this moment years in advance. This included having full-time pandemic preparedness and response teams which conducted detailed operational planning and routinely tested those plans through exercises and drills. If more countries had participated and headed the guidance, the toll might have been much less.

“Covid skeptics won out”

So, what to make of all this?

Shortly after Catastrophic Contagion took place, The People's Voice provided its perspective on the situation. Journalist Sean Adl-Tabatabai noted that despite efforts to silence alternative voices during COVID-19, they failed miserably. Gates, he reported, conducted the exercise himself (@2:53):

According to Gates the lessons learned strongly leans towards a much stronger stance against so-called misinformation than during the COVID-19 pandemic. How does this play out in the real world? It means there will be even more censorship and suppression of free speech when the next pandemic is rolled out. After all, during this pandemic Covid skeptics won out, which is not acceptable to Bill Gates. Despite having the weight of the mainstream media and global autocratic control infrastructure stacked against us, we managed to prevail by refusing to be bullied and silenced by their authoritarian tactics.

Globalists appear to be afraid of the power that free-thinking human beings hold. Considering the citizen resistance to the IHR and pandemic treaty, it does not seem that the people are giving up their human rights to global autocrats any time soon.
