CNN anchor continues working after testing positive for COVID-19

CNN’s Jake Tapper refused to go home earlier this month after testing positive for COVID-19, instead insisting on remaining in the studio to finish taping his show segment, according to a report by The Daily Beast.

The anchor reportedly also made the PR department work overtime to cover for him.

“This happened in the same week that the country was mourning the millionth death due to COVID, which Jake covered on his show,” one upset CNN staffer said.

CNN, one of the chief architects of COVID alarmism, has repeatedly been caught playing COVID theater even as its anchors lecture the public on COVID compliance.

In November, Tapper posted a photo to Twitter of unmasked CNN staffers having a baking party.

“(for anyone concerned, we took off our masks just for the photo, but generally we all wear masks around the office. also, we're all vaccinated.)” Tapper followed up quickly.

In April 2020 disgraced former CNN anchor Chris Cuomo was confronted by a bicyclist on the street who noted that Cuomo, who was unmasked, had recently been diagnosed with COVID-19 and was supposed to be in quarantine. Cuomo threatened the man and, even though the story went viral, later filmed himself pretending to emerge from quarantine in his basement at the end of the 14-day period.

Cuomo was also threatened by his apartment building with a $500 fine for continually not wearing a mask in the building.

Cuomo continued to publicly lecture the public on mask wearing and criticize those who don’t wear them, particularly President Donald Trump and Vice-President Mike Pence.

In May 2020, CNN’s Gary Tuchman was caught interviewing people on the beach but taking his mask off when he thought the cameras were turned off.

That same month, CNN reporter Kaitlin Collins, who had confronted President Trump about White House staffers not wearing masks, was also caught removing her mask in the White House Briefing Room when she thought the cameras were off.

“Just a reminder that @CNN is a total joke,” tweeted Eric Trump.
